Therefore, our efforts are based on the following cornerstones:
ACHA – Americas Continental Health Alliance
SMART PEHR team has founded and is an active member of ACHA-Americas Continental Health Alliance. ACHA aims at deploying initiatives with positive social impact, and driving collaboration among Europe, the Americas and other continents in the health innovation field, for every human being to find balance and general well-being.
ACHA – Americas Continental Health Alliance is a non-profit organization made up of Latin American countries, connecting them with different parts of the world, setting up regional and global ecosystems in the Health Area.
ACHA is currently deploying concrete actions to connect members in the different ecosystems, so as to help startups in different stages, and create internationalization (Go-global) plans for health-tech companies; educational programs; a Global Health Technology Observatory; Programs that promote and enable international scientific collaboration and roundtables for hospitals and scientific research organizations.
Social Work
We support social development programs, among which is “Manos en Camino”. This program will carry out an extreme makeover of old buses and will refurbish them so that they can be used as itinerant shower places, to provide homeless people a decent place for personal hygiene.
